Hot-dip aluminum-zinc coated steel plate is a pre-coated steel
sheet created by hot-dip plating a layer of Al-Zn coating on both
sides of a cold-rolled steel plate of varying strengths and
thicknesses. The coating layer consists of 55% aluminum, 43.5%
zinc, and 1.5% silicon by mass. This combination offers the
physical protection and high durability of aluminum along with the
electrochemical protection of zinc. The material retains the
strength and plasticity of the base steel while providing excellent
corrosion resistance from the coating. Additionally, the surface
features a highly decorative bright silver-grey color with a
regular embossed pattern.

Coating content classification
- 55% alu-zinc steel plate: the coating consists of 55% aluminium,
43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon, the corrosion resistance is 2-6 times
of galvanised sheet, characterised by high-temperature corrosion
resistance, smooth surface, good appearance, but the plating of the
molding and weldability is slightly worse.
