1060 Pure Aluminium Series
1060 material aluminium plate belongs to the pure aluminium series

3003 Aluminium-Manganese Alloy Series

3004 Aluminium-magnesium-manganese alloy series

added magnesium elements, the content of 0.8-1.3%, so 3004 is

is higher than 3003, excellent formability and good corrosion
resistance, is the most widely used coloured aluminium products, is

5052 Aluminium-magnesium alloy series
The density of 5 series aluminium-magnesium alloy is 2.68, and the
alloy composition is mainly magnesium, the content is between 3-5%,

aluminium-magnesium alloy is usually used in the aviation field,

Surface Coating
PVDF Color Coated Aluminum Coil
The PVDF color coated aluminum coil uses PVDF paint of famous
brands like PPG, VALSPAR and NIPPON, which goes through duplex or
triplex coating and high temperature baking to form 25–35μm thick
cured coating. As the PVDF coating provides corrosion resistance,
high weatherability, strong adhesion, high self-cleaning capability
and is maintenance-free, the aluminum coated coil can remain color
fast and durable for 10–15 years.
PE Color Coated Aluminum Coil
PE (polyester) coating is an UV-resistant coating. It can be
classified matt and glossy according to coating gloss. The compact
molecule structure makes paint surface luster and smooth, which
assure good printing on the panel surface. With 7 year warranty for
weather resistance.
