- Coating Composition and Production Process

involving a continuous melting coating process. The 55% aluminum
zinc alloy-coated steel sheet exhibits superior corrosion
resistance compared to galvanized steel sheets of the same
thickness when exposed to the same environment on both sides.

aluminium protective film. This film isolates the keel from

Protective Mechanism:
The corrosion resistance of aluminium-zinc steel is primarily due
