Hot-dip aluminium-zinc-plated steel sheet is based on cold-rolled
steel sheets of various strengths and thickness specifications, and
aluminium-zinc alloy has excellent corrosion resistance.
Galvalume is developed on the basis of hot-dip aluminium plating
and hot-dip galvanising technology, which has both the excellent
atmospheric corrosion resistance and heat and oxidation resistance
of aluminium plating products and the excellent electrochemical
protection of galvanised steel sheet products, so that the cuts and
scratches are not easy to corrode and rust.
Corrosion resistance: The corrosion resistance of "aluminized zinc
steel coil" is mainly due to aluminum, aluminum's protective
function. When the zinc wears down, the aluminum forms a dense
layer of aluminum oxide, preventing the resistance from further
corroding the interior.
Heat resistance: Aluminum zinc alloy steel coil has good heat
resistance, can withstand the high temperature of 300 degrees
Celsius, and aluminum plated steel plate high temperature oxidation
resistance is very similar, often used in chimney tubes, ovens,
illuminators and daylight lampshades.
Thermal reflectivity: Aluminized zinc steel coil has a high thermal
reflectivity, twice that of galvanized steel, and is often used as
insulation material.
Economy: Because the density of 55%AL-Zn is less than that of Zn,
the area of the aluminum-zinc coil is more than 3% larger than that
of the steel coil, given the same weight and the same thickness of
the gold coating.
Main advantages:

colour, thickness, texture and performance.

production of metal roofing, appliances, wall panels, beverage
cans, automotive parts, office equipment and other utility products
uses prepainted metal in the manufacturing process.
The coating consists of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon
in weight ratio, respectively. The production process of aluminum
zinc steel sheet is similar to that of galvanized steel plate and
aluminum plated plate, and it is a continuous melting coating
process. 55% aluminum zinc alloy coated aluminum zinc steel plate
has superior corrosion resistance compared to galvanized steel
plate of the same thickness when exposed to the same environment on
both sides. 55% aluminum zinc alloy coated aluminum zinc steel (
55% Alu-zinc Steel) plate not only has good corrosion resistance,
but also color coated products have excellent adhesion and
flexibility.
