Hot-dip galvanising, also known as hot-dip galvanising, is a method
of rustproofing steel parts by placing them in a molten zinc
solution, which gives the parts a protective coating of the metal.
Hot dip galvanising has the advantages of high corrosion
resistance, controlled thickness and surface morphology,
maintenance-free and low cost.

Advantages
1, galvanised layer has good corrosion resistance, in general urban
and rural atmospheric environment, the thickness of the zinc layer
each year only corrosion loss of 1 ~ 3 microns, the zinc layer
closely protects the steel base from corrosion.
2, zinc layer adhesion is excellent, when the galvanised sheet is
subjected to very complex deformation processing, the zinc layer
will not fall off.
3, good heat reflection, can be used as heat insulation materials.

explicitly requests not to undergo surface treatment during the
ordering period, and it must be specified in the contract. In this
case, the surface of steel plates and strips is prone to white rust
during transportation and storage. |
