GI Corrugated Hot-dip Steel Galvanised Roofing Sheet Z125 1.2mm
DX51D
Description:
Galvanised tiles, thin steel sheet dipped into a molten zinc bath
to make a thin steel sheet with a layer of zinc adhering to its
surface. At present, the main use of continuous galvanising process
production, that is, rolls of steel plate continuous immersion in
the melting of zinc plating tank made of galvanised steel plate;
alloying galvanised steel plate.
This kind of steel plate is also manufactured by hot dipping
method, but immediately after leaving the tank, it is heated to
about 500 ℃, so that it generates zinc and iron alloy film. This
galvanised coil has good paint adhesion and weldability.
Galvanised tiles oiled:Oil can reduce corrosion of steel sheets
under wet storage and transport conditions, and oiling of steel
sheets and strips after passivation treatment will further reduce
corrosion under wet storage conditions. The oil layer should be
able to be removed with a degreasing agent that does not damage the
zinc layer.
Product Advantages
Galvanized tiles are widely used in a variety of environments and
have a long corrosion protection life, which varies depending on
the environment.
Low treatment costs: Galvanized tiles have lower corrosion
protection costs than other coatings.
Long-lasting: In suburban areas, standard galvanized anticorrosion
coatings can last more than 50 years without repair. In urban and
coastal areas, standard galvanized anticorrosion coatings can last
up to 20 years without repair.
Reliability. Because the galvanized coating is metallurgically
bonded to the steel and becomes part of the solid surface, the
durability of the coating is relatively reliable.
The coating is tough and the galvanized layer forms a special
metallurgical structure that withstands mechanical damage during
transport and use.
Integrity protection: All parts of the coated component are
galvanized, even in recesses, sharp corners, and hidden areas.
Time and labor savings. Galvanizing is faster than other coating
methods, saving time spent on site painting after installation.
Precautions
Wear necessary safety equipment (gloves, helmet, safety belt, other
tools, etc.).
Installation requires a master familiar with the operation.
The skeleton must be installed securely.
When installing walking on tiles, step on the center of the tile
and not on the edge of the tile.
Install with care during inclement weather.
